Personalized order always requires your custom information or photos, sometimes it requires a number of pictures, which may make it a bit difficult for you to send pictures. That's why we are writing this article to help.

To place a personalized order, please follow these steps and instructions:

3. If your order doesn't require custom information, please wait for our email of order confirmation and tracking number.

4. If your order requires custom information or photos, you can fill it in the personalization box when ordering, or you can send it via our email contact@giftbi.com.
